About Andrew L. Kramer
Andrew Kramer was born in Washington, D.C. in 1969. Mr. Kramer, whose practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, joined Elkins, P.L.C., in 2006. Mr. Kramer received his B.A. from Tulane University in 1991 and his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law in 1994. While in law school, Mr. Kramer participated in the Civil Litigation Clinical Program and Inn of Court and was a 1992 Fellowship Recipient of the Public Interest Law Foundation.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Kramer gained extensive experience in a wide range of litigation matters while working for two boutique litigation firms in New Orleans. Mr. Kramer has litigated matters in both federal and state courts in Louisiana and across the nation and has participated in numerous mediations and arbitrations during his career. Mr. Kramer has significant experience in handling commercial disputes and complex litigation matters involving a variety of issues such as property rights, contract disputes, property damage, environmental contamination, wrongful death, succession disputes, insurance claims, expropriation/eminent domain, and securities law, among others. Mr. Kramer’s practice involves both plaintiff and defense work.

Mr. Kramer has lectured on the subject of internet and technology strategies for legal professionals and is the co-author of Internet Strategies for Legal Professionals, National Business Institute, Inc. (2006).
