Ashleigh represents clients in all aspects of real estate title-related matters, including title examination and underwriting of title insurance commitments, policies and endorsements, preparation of sale, loan and lease transaction documents, subdivisions, planning and zoning, servitudes, and successions. Ashleigh also represents nonprofit developers and organizations in transactions involving New Markets Tax Credits.
Ashleigh is a licensed title producer in the State of Louisiana and an authorized agent for First American Title Insurance Company, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company with the firm’s affiliated title company, St. Charles Title Corporation.
Ashleigh lives with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Ella and Oliver. When she’s not cheering on the sidelines of her kids’ sports games, you can find her singing with the Voices of New Orleans Choir.
