Ashleigh represents clients in all aspects of real estate title-related matters, including title examination and underwriting of title insurance commitments, policies and endorsements, preparation of sale, loan and lease transaction documents, subdivisions, planning and zoning, servitudes, and successions.
Ashleigh also assists clients with the implementation of the New Market Tax Credit. Ashleigh is a licensed title agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, and Stewart Title Guaranty Company with St. Charles Title Corporation, an affiliate of the Elkins firm.
A native of New Orleans, Ashleigh graduated from Louise S. McGehee School. While attending Tulane Law School, she was the Senior Managing Editor of the Tulane Journal of Law & Sexuality, the first and only student-edited law review in the country devoted solely to covering issues of interest to the LGBTQ+ community.
Ashleigh lives with her husband, Andrew, and their two children, Ella and Oliver. When she’s not cheering on the sidelines of her kids’ sports games, you can find her singing with the Voices of New Orleans Choir or meeting with her wine club, the Cork Dorks.
