Deborah Daigle Davis

Deborah Daigle Davis represents various lenders, individuals and investors in all aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, sales, residential and commercial leases, condominium conversions, multifamily rentals, retail, and mixed-use development. She also counsels clients regarding the use of various financing sources, including the Historic Rehabilitation Tax Credit, the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and HUD insured loan programs. Deborah routinely handles Zoning and Planning including conditional use zoning applications, waivers, and subdivision applications. She also assists clients in all matters related to business and corporate matters.

Deborah is a licensed title insurance agent for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title insurance Company, and Commonwealth Land Title insurance Company with St. Charles Title Corporation, affiliated with Elkins, PLC. She has extensive experience in title examinations and title curative issues and has been an instructor for the Skills Program at Loyola University School of Law.

Deborah joined Elkins in 2006.
